  • The administration of the estate of a deceased person can sometimes be carried out by us for a capped/fixed fee, depending on the size and complexity of the estate. A capped or fixed percentage fee arrangement for winding up an estate will typically be in the region of 1.75% to 4% of the gross value of the estate plus VAT, depending again on the size and complexity of the estate. This method of charging can offer considerable savings in terms of estate administration costs, compared to solicitors firms' conventional method of charging for administering an estate.
